Terms & Conditions – Anand Sales

By placing an order with Anand Sales, you agree to the terms below.

1. General
Anand Sales is a dry fruits retail store based at DP Road, Hadapsar, Pune. All products listed on our website are subject to availability.

2. Pricing
Prices are listed in INR and may change anytime without notice. In case of a pricing error, we have the right to cancel the order and refund you.

3. Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or payment issues. You will be informed via phone/WhatsApp.

4. Shipping
We deliver across India. Local Pune orders are delivered same/next day. Pan-India orders take 3-7 days. Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.

5. Food Product Policy
Our products are natural food items.
– Please check for nut allergies before ordering.
– Store dry fruits in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
– Our Homemade Chocolate Bars must be stored in a cool place (below 25°C) as they contain no preservatives.

6. Return & Exchange Policy
As we sell food products, we have a no return policy after opening the pack.
Exchange/replacement is only allowed if:
– You received a wrong/damaged item AND
– You share a full unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Refunds
If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
